The Boulouch estate boasts an organic garden that contributes to our restaurant’s offerings. Seasonally, the garden yields fresh vegetables, complemented by eggs from our resident hens, enhancing the breakfast experience for our guests.
To maintain the garden, we’re exploring a collaboration with Les Jardins de Cocagne, an organization dedicated to the social reintegration of workers. Join us in supporting this meaningful initiative.
